Advisory Commitee
The Branton Capital Advisory Committee is a forum that enables senior operating and financial executives across industry sectors to establish a platform to interact with multiple providers of capital and other like-minded executives to identify, finance and execute investable transactions. Advisory Committee members support various aspects of the investment process which typically reduces the investment risk and provides substantial reassurance to co-investment partners regarding process, company quality and stakeholder involvement.
The Advisory Committee comprises of multiple individuals who have engaged with the senior Branton Executives over the past 20 years and may be currently in senior executive roles, such as CEO or CFO, for private equity or listed companies, or may have been senior partners within highly respected private equity or corporate advisory organizations.
